The Junction Elite Project
A positive community charity widening access to football, mentoring, outreach and moments of recognition for young people and families across South West London.
Backed by Wimbledon Foundation.
The Junction Elite Project has been awarded the Wimbledon Foundation Get Set Go Further award: £60,000 in total, with £20,000 each year for three years. The partnership also includes merchandise that can be handed out to young people and families as part of positive community moments.

Multi-year backing helps the charity plan access, outreach, recognition, family connection and evidence with more confidence.
More than football. Football is the doorway.
The football club creates trust, routine and a place where young people already want to be. The charity turns that community energy into public benefit: access support, positive activity, mentoring, family connection, cleaner playing spaces and moments where effort is properly seen.
A Place To Belong
Football gives young people a team, a routine and trusted adults around them.
Practical Access
Support can help with kit, food, travel, camps, session places and equipment.
Family Connection
Community events bring families together around positive moments and shared pride.
Pathways Forward
Coaching, volunteering and mentoring create routes into confidence, leadership and opportunity.
Community Stewardship
Litter picks and reusable-bottle habits help young people see that looking after the area is part of belonging to it.

The Elite Alliance gives the charity a base.
Monthly support helps the Project plan beyond one-off moments: kit support, subsidised access, outreach, celebration events and the match funding story that grant makers like to see.

The charity is separate from the football club, but connected through local trust, football delivery and the belief that young people deserve visible support.
